Terms and Conditions

We are excited that you’ve taken interest in traveling with us! To begin, please review and agree to our terms and conditions to avoid any future discrepancies surrounding our policies.

Traveler Agreement: Each traveler will need to fill out a Client Registration Form prior to travel and, by so doing, formally accept E.E.F.Y Travel LLC’s Terms & Conditions.

Consultation Fees: Please be advised that there is a travel consultant fee. The starting rate is $150, which includes a clarity session with a Travel Consultant Expert (either in person or over the phone), 3 (three) quotes for Resorts/Hotels or Cruises, Airfare (as long as the air is available), Roundtrip Ground Transportation, plus the research, and the creation of your travel itinerary. If you choose to book your travel package with us, it will also include our support before, during, and after your travels. We pride ourselves on matching you with the best components for your trip and will create a vacation experience that is best for you based on your travel style, budget, and desired experience.

Additional charges will be applied based on the size of the group and or if your travel plans change dramatically during the consultation process.

To ensure that our clients receive the utmost service and care, we ask for a commitment from you to be prepared to book if you are requesting quotes and services from us. You will have (7 days) to notify us and solidify your decision. If you fail to do so, a new payment will be required to restart the process! The travel consultant fee is a non-refundable, non-transferable payment for the use of E.E.F.Y Travel, LLC’s expertise. Please also note a deposit is required to lock in any rates quoted. Prices are subject to change daily, sometimes hourly.

Cancellation Policy: For all travelers who opt-out of travel protection, the deposit and payments are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable – No Exceptions. Therefore, all guests will be responsible for any penalties/fees from the hotel and/or airline for cancellations, rebooking, and trip interruptions. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to eefytravel@gmail.com with your full name, and date of travel, and trip destination details. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call (877) -471-6632 to ensure your information was received.

Travel Insurance: The travel insurance protection allows a refund for your vacation in the original form of payment if you need to cancel prior to the departure date. In addition, it protects you if there are any travel delays of more than 12 hours, emergency evacuation if a serious illness or injury occurs during the vacation, medical expenses should you incur hospital charges, baggage delays, travel accidents, and baggage/personal property if your baggage is lost or stolen during vacation. With that being said, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance protection for any unforeseen circumstances.

Group Travel Policy: A group consists of 10 or more passengers. If your Group reduces below the group requirement of 10 or more people, this rate offer will no longer apply. Reducing your Group to 10 will result in a 100% utilization requirement; Taxes and surcharges are estimates and may fluctuate prior to ticketing. Group fares are non-refundable once ticketed. Once all services are confirmed the penalties are as follows:

60-90 days prior to departure:
59-31 days prior to departure:
30-15 days prior to departure:
<14 days to departure

Passport/Identification: If you are traveling internationally, you will need to have a passport book that will still be valid 6 months after the return date of your trip. If you are traveling domestically, starting May 3, 2023, you will need a REAL ID compliant identification to board a plane to anywhere in the United States.

Deposits: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan.

Late Fees: If there is an outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date
listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary.

Covid-19 policy updates: In response to COVID-19, Destinations, Airlines and Hotels may make last-minute changes to ensure compliance with new guidelines related to social distancing. These changes may include changes to flight schedules, destination entry requirements, hotel reopening dates and hotel services and amenities.

Resorts are also adjusting their opening dates, as well as services and amenities offered in order to best ensure the safety of their guests. We encourage all travelers to recognize that any change in inclusions is for the benefit of all.

We highly recommend that you visit your destination’s website to verify any travel restrictions or entry requirements the country has put in place. Many countries are requiring PCR tests or the purchase of travel insurance before arrival and in-airport screening on arrival.

We also recommend you visit your air carrier’s website frequently to verify your flight schedule and to sign up for travel alerts. This is to ensure that you receive the most up-to- date flight information such as schedule changes and safety precautions.
