We are excited that you will be traveling with us! To begin, we need a few forms filled out. These forms serve as the contract between you and E.E.F.Y. TRAVEL LLC, so we need them completed before we can begin working on your trip. Please fill these forms out on a computer, cell phone or tablet.

If you are traveling with minor children (under the age of 18), a parent or legal guardian will need to fill out a form for each minor child and the adult signs the form.
If you are traveling with a roommate or group, a separate reservation is required for each person.

Travel insurance protects you if there are any travel delays of more than 12 hours, emergency evacuation if a serious illness or injury occurs during the vacation, medical expenses should you incur hospital charges, baggage delays, travel accidents, and baggage/personal property if your baggage is lost or stolen during vacation. For all travelers who opt-out of travel protection the deposit and package are 100% non-refundable - no exceptions. Therefore, all guests will be responsible for any penalties/fees from the hotel and/or airline for cancellations, rebooking, and trip interruptions. Thank you! *

Policies:

I have read and agreed to E.E.F.Y TRAVEL LLC's Terms and Conditions. I understand all payments to E.E.F.Y TRAVEL LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
