Travel Consultation Services & Fee Agreement

Consultation Fee and Services

Our travel consultation services begin at a starting rate of $150, which includes:

• A clarity session with a Travel Consultant Expert (either in-person or by phone)

• Up to three (3) customized quotes for resorts, hotels, cruises, and/or available airfare

• Roundtrip ground transportation options

• Comprehensive research tailored to your travel style, budget, and preferences

• A detailed, personalized travel itinerary

• Ongoing support before, during, and after your trip if you book with us

Our commitment is to match you with the perfect components to ensure a seamless, memorable travel experience.

Additional Charges

Please note that additional fees may apply based on:

• The size of your group

• Significant changes to your travel plans during the consultation process

Any changes requiring new research, additional quotes, or itinerary revisions may incur supplemental costs, which will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.

Client Commitment and Payment Policy

To provide you with the highest level of service and attention, we request that you are prepared to move forward with booking once quotes are provided.

• You will have seven (7) days from receipt of your quotes to confirm your booking decision.

• If no decision is made within that timeframe, a new consultation fee will be required to restart the process.

The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it covers the time, expertise, and resources invested by E.E.F.Y Travel, LLC in preparing your travel plans.

Important: A deposit is required to secure any rates quoted. All pricing is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed until a deposit is made.
